摘　　要：目的:探讨硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入与茶碱控释片急诊治疗老年哮喘的效果。方法:回顾2016年1月至2017年4月84例老年哮喘患者并分成两组。对照组用硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入治疗,联合组则给予硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入与茶碱控释片治疗。比较两组老年哮喘治疗效果;咳嗽、咳痰、哮喘、胸闷消失时间;干预前后患者肺功能情况和睡眠质量;不良反应发生率。结果:联合组老年哮喘治疗效果好于对照组,咳嗽、咳痰、哮喘、胸闷消失时间短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后联合组肺功能情况和睡眠质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组患者不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入联合茶碱控释片急诊治疗老年哮喘效果优于单一治疗,可缩短症状消失时间,缩短病程,改善患者肺功能和睡眠质量,安全性高。Objective:To explore the effect of inhalation of Salbutamol sulfate aerosol combined the Theophylline controlled release tablets in emergency medical treatment of old age asthma.Methods:84 cases of old age asthma patient in January 2016 ~ April 2017 were reviewed and divided them into two groups.The control group was treated by the inhalation of Salbutamol sulfate aerosol.The union group was given the inhalation of Salbutamol sulfate aerosol combined the Theophylline controlled release tablets.The asthma treatment efficacy,vanishing time of cough,expectorate,asthma,chest stuffy,lung function situation and sleep quality around intervention,adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The asthma treatment efficacy of the union group was higher than that of the control group.The vanishing time of cough,expectorate,asthma,chest stuffy in union group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the lung function situation and the sleep quality of the union group surpasses the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate was not obvious different between the union group and the control group with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:inhalation of Salbutamol sulfate aerosol combined Theophylline controlled release tablets in emergency medical treatment of old age asthma shows the better effect than the sole treatment,may reduce the vanishing time of symptom,reduces the course of illness,improves lung function and the sleep quality of the patient and the security is high.
