摘  要:以高温炉用料架研制为目标,设计并制备了炭/炭复合材料料架。产品采用针刺炭布、网胎交替叠层的预制体,优化组合预制体中结构单元,经气相、液相相结合的致密方法增密后,再经高温处理、机械加工后得到炭/炭复合材料料架。本文对炭/炭复合材料料架的微观形貌、热学性能和力学性能进行了分析,并对料架的载荷进行了核定。该料架可与产品一起经历惰性气氛2000℃以上高温处理过程,解决目前无适宜高温炉用料架的现状。The carbon-carbon frame used for high temperature furnace was prepared by processing a needle-punched carbon fiber preform which was stacked by non-weave yarn cloth and felt, and deposited in a chemical vapor deposition and resin impregnation process. The carbon-carbon composites frame was heat-treated in the high temperature furnace and then machined. The SEM images,thermal properties and mechanics properties of carbon-carbon composite frame were studied.The results show that the carboncarbon composite frame can bear over 2000℃ high temperature with products.This C/C frame solved the loading problem for the products which must be treated in high temperature furnace.
