摘 要:目的 探讨人性化护理在眼科病房中的应用效果。 方法 采用便利抽样法选取2016年5月—2018年2月在浙江省绍兴市人民医院眼科病房住院的200例患者为研究对象。按照入院顺序分为对照组与干预组,对照组患者100例,干预组患者100例。两组患者均给予眼科常规护理,干预组患者在对照组基础上给予人性化护理服务。比较两组患者SAS、SDS评分、患者满意度、护理投诉和纠纷情况。 结果 干预前,两组患者SAS、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,干预组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者满意度得分高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论 人性化护理能改善眼科患者焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者的满意度,减少护理投诉及纠纷。Objective To explore the effects of humanized nursing service in ophthalmology ward.Methods Between May 2016 to February 2018, a total of 200 patients in the ophthalmology ward of Shaoxing People's Hospital of Zhejiang Province were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling method. According to the sequence of admission, the subjects were divided into control group and intervention group, with 100 cases in each group. The patients in both groups received routine ophthalmic care. The intervention group received humanistic nursing service at the same time. The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) , Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) , patient satisfaction, nursing complaints and disputes were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention, there were no statistical differences in the scores of SAS and SDS between the two groups (P>0.05) . After the intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the intervention group were both lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) . The satisfaction rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01) .Conclusions Humanistic nursing service can improve the patient's anxiety and depression level, improve the patient's satisfaction, and reduce the nursing complaints and disputes.
