摘　　要：公兔作为肉兔养殖场的核心兔群,其生产性能是决定肉兔养殖经济效益的关键因素之一。由于肉兔全身被毛且功能性汗腺较少,当夏季温度较高时,难以消除体内多余热量,容易出现热应激,导致体热平衡破坏,使机体进入病理状态,引发疾病,降低繁殖性能甚至死亡。本文以公兔为对象,通过对热应激条件下睾丸体温调节、精液品质变化、精子发生、精子表观遗传及miRNA调控进行综述,旨在为我国肉兔养殖中公兔生产管理提供理论依据。As a core component of rabbit farms, the production performance of male rabbits is one of the key factors that determining the economic benefits of rabbit farms. The rabbits have full body hair and less functional sweat glands. When the summer temperature is high, the unsuitable warm environment will cause heat stress in male rabbits, destroy the body heat balance, and even lead production stop, make the body enters a pathological state, cause illness and ultimately death. This paper reviewed male rabbits testicular thermoregulation, spermatogenesis in relation, effects of high ambient temperature or induced testicular temperature on semen quality and on heat-stressed sperm-mediated epigenetic regulations,aiming to provide theoretical basis for the production management of male rabbits in China.
