摘  要:燃煤锅炉制粉单耗是火电厂机组经济运行重要指标之一,制粉单耗过高将严重导致机组经济效益下降。分别从煤质影响、磨煤机钢球装载量和运行调整等方面详细分析研究了锅炉制粉单耗高的原因;然后,分别从技术改造、运行方式优化调整和管理等方面研究降低制粉单耗的方法,通过试验和优化调整取得了良好效果,为国内同类电站锅炉经济运行提供借鉴。Coal-fired boiler pulverizing unit consumption is one of the important indicators for economic efficiency of the power plant units operation.High pulverizing unit consumption will seriously reduce the unit economic efficiency.In this paper,the causes of high unit consumption of pulverized powder in boiler are analyzed in detail from the aspects of the influence of coal quality,the loading amount of steel ball for coal mill and the operation adjustment.Then,measures for reducing the pulverized powder unit consumption are proposed in the research from technical,optimal operation and improved management point of view respectively.The effectiveness of the proposed improvements is verified through experimental tests.This work provides valueable guidance for the domestic operation of similar boiler economic operation.
