中国奥运军团海外赛前训练营实践经验与项目选择

摘　　要：以文献资料法、专家访谈法等为主要研究方法,对中国奥运军团海外赛前训练营进行研究,在了解世界体育强国海外训练营主要类型与做法的基础上,全面总结了我国奥运军团海外赛前训练的基本经验,提出东京奥运会我国军团海外训练营的项目布局与备战目标,以其为东京奥运备战提供参考资料。研究认为:1)海外赛前训练营是国际体育强国的惯用做法,包括自然环境适应、人文环境适应、赛场气氛适应、竞技状态调整等类型; 2)我国从伦敦奥运会开始设立海外赛前训练营,为中国军团金牌夺取提供了坚实保障,对球类、田径与射击等项目的作用最为显著,海外训练营充当了历史文化展示与交流的窗口;但对某些优势项目的影响有限,目前的训练营管理难度较大。3)借鉴国际做法与我国前期经验,东京奥运会我国军团海外训练营主要布局集体球类、外场竞赛、双方优势与长期赛程等项目。With the main research methods of documentation and expert interview,this paper focuses on the overseas pre-competition training camp of the Olympic team,summarizes the experience of China’s,and puts forward the layout and preparation target of the overseas training camp of China Olympic team preparing for Tokyo Olympic Games. This paper wants to provide reference for China Olympic team. Main Conclusions: 1) Overseas pre-competition training camp is a common practice of international sports powers,including natural environment adaptation,humanistic environment adaptation,competition atmosphere adaptation,sports state adjustment and other types. 2) Since the London Olympic Games,China has set up overseas pre-competition training camps,which provides a solid guarantee for the Chinese team to win gold medals. They play the most significant role in ball games,track and field,shooting,and also serve as a window for historical and cultural exhibition and exchange;but it has limited influence on some projects,and the management of training camps is very difficult. 3) Drawing lessons from international practices and our previous experience,the overseas training camps of China’s team preparing for Tokyo Olympic Games mainly focus on collective ball games,outfield competitions,bilateral advantage projects and long-term events.
