摘　　要：目的分析围绝经期女性24h动态心电图(DCG)特点,探讨其临床意义。方法回顾性分析824例45～55岁行DCG检查患者临床资料,把女性作为研究组,男性作为对照组,比较两组ST-T改变及心律失常发生情况,分析其临床意义。结果 (1)研究组ST-T改变发生率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义;(2)ST-T改变发生时间上:研究组仅白天ST-T改变发生率高于对照组,研究组持续性ST-T改变发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;(3)研究组窦性、房性、室性心律失常发生率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论围绝经期女性较同年龄段男性更易发生ST-T改变,并且其心律失常发生的性质、数量均存在差异。Objective To analyze the characteristics of 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG) in perimenopausal women and to explore its clinical significance. Methods The clinical data of 824 patients with 45~55 years old DCG were retrospectively analyzed. Women were used as the study group and men as the control group. The ST-T changes and arrhythmia were compared between the two groups, and the clinical significance was analyzed.Results(1) The incidence of ST-T changes in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.(2)ST-T change occurred: The incidence of ST-T changes in the study group was higher than that in the control group during the day. The incidence of persistent ST-T changes in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.(3) The incidence of sinus,atrial and ventricular arrhythmia in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Peri-menopausal women are more likely to have ST-T changes than men of the same age group, and the nature and number of arrhythmias are different.
