摘  要:采用沉淀浸渍法与共沉淀法合成了V_2O_5/MoO_3-SnO_2催化剂,并用此催化剂进行氧化二甲醚(DME)的反应。分析了不同反应条件对催化剂催化性能的影响,采用XRD和NH3-TPD 2种化学分析手段表征催化剂样品。实验结果表明,在反应温度为160℃、体积空速为600 h-1时催化剂的活性最佳,二甲醚的转化率为80. 36%,甲缩醛(DMM)的选择性为82. 21%。The catalysts were prepared by precipitation impregnation and coprecipitation. The catalyst of V2O5/MoO3-SnO2 is used for oxidation of dimethyl ether(DME). The reaction is under condition that theratio of dimethyl ether to oxygen is 1,analysis of the influence of different reaction factors on the catalytic performance of the catalyst. Two chemical analysis methods,XRD and NH3-TPD,were used to characterize the catalyst samples. Experiments show that the catalyst activity are best when the reaction temperature is160 ℃ and the volumetric space velocity is 600 h^-1,that the conversion rate of dimethyl ether and the selectivity of dimethoxymethane are the highest. The conversion of methyl ether is 80. 36% and the selectivity of dimethoxymethane(DMM) is 82. 21%.
