摘　　要：贝曲沙班是凝血酶Xa因子的直接抑制剂(FXa),用于预防成年患者因中度至重度限制运动或其他危险因素而发生静脉血栓栓塞的新型口服抗凝药。本文就贝曲沙班的药理作用、药动学、临床评价和安全性等进行综述。Betrixaban is a factor Ⅹa (FⅩa) inhibitor indicated for the prophylaxis of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in adult patients hospitalized for an acute medical illness who are at risk for thromboembolic complications due to moderate or severe restricted mobility and other risk factors for VTE. We introduced the pharmacological action, pharmacokinetics, clinical evaluation and safety of betrixaban in this paper.
