摘 要:目的骨质疏松是一种全身性骨骼疾病,以骨量减少为特征,随着人们生活方式的改变,其发病率急剧增加,严重影响人们的生活质量。本研究探讨健康中年男性人体成分和骨密度特征,为骨质疏松早期预防提供理论依据。方法选取2017年在苏州大学附属第二医院正常体检的725名健康中年男性为研究对象,采用人体成分分析仪Inbody720测定其体成分;采用双能X射线骨密度仪测定其腰椎T值、腰椎骨量值、股骨T值和股骨骨量值。分析中年男性体成分和骨密度随着年龄增长变化特征,以及骨量正常组与骨量减少组之间体成分变化特征。结果不同年龄段男性骨骼肌含量(F=11.20,P<0.01)、蛋白质含量(F=11.10,P<0.01)、矿物质含量(F=8.33,P<0.01)、身体水分含量(F=8.20,P<0.01)和去脂体质量(F=8.79,P<0.01)比较,差异有统计学意义;不同年龄段腰椎和股骨骨密度测量结果比较,差异有统计学意义,均P<0.05;不同年龄组骨量正常、骨量减少、骨质疏松比例分布情况比较,差异有统计学意义,χ~2=15.7,P=0.02;骨量正常组在体质量指数(t=5.15,P<0.01)、骨骼肌(t=7.05,P<0.01)、体脂肪(t=3.74,P<0.01)、腰臀脂肪比(t=2.26,P=0.02)、蛋白质(t=5.96,P<0.01)、矿物质含量(t=6.37,P<0.01)、身体水成分(t=6.90,P<0.01)和去脂体质量(t=6.91,P<0.01)等检测指标方面显著高于骨量减少组,差异有统计学意义。结论随着年龄的增长,中年男性的多项人体成分和骨量呈现流失趋势。通过对人体成分的分析,可对骨质疏松做出早期的间接预判,为临床诊断和治疗提供更多的有效信息。OBJECTIVE Osteoporosis is a systemic bone disease characterized by a decrease in bone mass.As people’s lifestyle changes,their incidence increases dramatically,seriously affecting people’s quality of life.This study aims to explore the characteristics of human body composition and bone mineral density in healthy middle-aged men,and to analyze the correlation between them,and to provide a theoretical basis for early prevention of osteoporosis.METHODS Taking725 normal physical examination subjects as the research object,the body composition of subjects were determined by using body composition analyzer Inbody720.Lumbar spine T value,lumbar vertebrae bone mass,femur T value,femur bone mass value of subjects were measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry.The characteristics of body composition and bone density of middle-aged males with age were analyzed,and the changes of body composition between normal bone mass and bone mass reduction group were analyzed.RESULTS There were significant differences in skeletal muscle content(F=11.20,P<0.01),protein content(F=11.10,P<0.01),mineral content(F=8.33,P<0.01),body water content(F=8.20,P<0.01)and degreasing body mass(F=8.79,P<0.01)among men of different ages.There were significant differences in bone mineral density between lumbar spine and femur in different age groups,all P<0.05.The distribution of bone mass,bone loss and osteoporosis in different age groups was statistically significant,χ^2=15.7,P=0.02.The BMI(t=5.15,P<0.01),skeletal muscle(t=7.05,P<0.01),body fat(t=3.74,P<0.01),the levels of serum protein(t=5.96,P<0.01),mineral content(t=6.37,P<0.01),body water composition(t=6.90,P<0.01)and degreasing body mass(t=6.91,P<0.01)in normal bone mass group were significantly higher than those of bone mass reduction group.CONCLUSIONS With the increase of age,the body composition and bone mass of middle-aged men are losing.Therefore,the analysis of body composition is very helpful to make early indirect prediction of osteoporosis and provide more effective information fo
