摘　　要：目的:探讨结核病的实验室检测方法,并对其检测结果进行分析,比较不同检测方法学之间的差异及其优缺点.方法:对2017年在泉州市第一医院就诊的837例疑似结核的患者进行γ-干扰素体外释放实验(TB-IGRA),结核杆菌培养以及抗酸染色涂片三种实验室检测,比较各方法的诊断效能,同时分析在TB-IGRA不同的实验结果下,结核杆菌培养和抗酸染色涂片检出率,并对TB-IGRA和结核杆菌培养两种方法联合检测结果进行统计学分析.结果:γ-干扰素的含量越高,结核杆菌培养和抗酸染色涂片检出率越高.联合检测TB-IGRA和结核杆菌培养时,对肺结核患者和非肺结核患者检测结果有明显的统计学差异.结论:这三种结核的实验室检测方法各有其优缺点,综合考虑TB-IGRA在实验时间及排除诊断上有明显的优势,可以做为一种辅助诊断肺结核的有力手段.Objective: To explore the laboratory detection methods for tuberculosis , and analyze the results of the tests, so as to compare the differences between difierent detection methods and their advantages and disadvantages. Methods: 837 patients with suspected tuberculosis were subjected to γ-interferon in vitro release test, tuberculosis bacterial culture and acid—fast staining smears. The diagnostic values were analyzed. Meanwhile, the positive ratio oftuberculosis bacterial culture and acid—fast staining smears under difierent levels of γ-interferon were compared. The results ofcombined detection of γ-interferon release assay and tuberculosis bacterial culture were statistically analyzed. Results: The higher the levels of γ-interferon, the higher the positive rate oftuberculosis bacterial culture and and—fast staining smears. In the combined detection ofinterferon—gamma and tuberculosis bacterial cultures, there was a statistically significant difference in the detection results between patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and those without pulmonary tuberculosis. Conclusion: Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. Considering that TB—IGRA has obvious advantages in experimental time and exclusion diagnosis, it can be used as a powerful means to assist the diagnosis oftuberculosis.
