摘  要:调研了全国11个给水厂,对所获得的数据进行可变成本分析,并对水厂高耗能、高成本的原因进行了分析。结果表明,电耗、药耗及人工成本三者之和约为制水成本的70%以上,其中单位电耗、药耗、人工成本多为0.2~0.25、0~0.03、0~0.2元/t。高运行成本主要原因为泵机未达到工况运行点,人工投加对于药剂最佳点难以掌握而造成药剂浪费,运行率较低等。大多数水厂降低运行成本,首先应降低单位电耗,其次降低人工成本,虽然单位药耗所占比例甚少,但从生态和人体健康角度考虑,仍应当降低单位药耗使用量。Eleven national water supply plants were investigated and the analysis of obtained data for variable operating cost was carried out, and the reasons for high energy consumption and high cost of the water plant were also analyzed. The results showed that, The sum of electricity consumption,drug consumption and labor cost had more than 70% of operating costs, the unit power consumption, drug consumption and labor cost were mostly 0.2~0.25, 0~0.03, 0~0.2 yuan/t respectively. The main reason for the high operating cost was that the pump did not reach the operating point of the working condition, and the manual feed was difficult to grasp the optimal point of the medicament, resulting in waste of the medicament and low operating rate.Most water plants reduced operating costs, first reducing unit power consumption and secondly reducing labor costs. Although the proportion of unit drug consumption was very small, from the perspective of ecology and human health, the unit drug consumption should still be reduced.
