摘 要:为了提高核级套筒式调节阀小开度抗堵塞能力与大开度时的介质流通能力,设计了具有两个大窗口和两个小窗口的套筒,并采用仿真与实验相结合的方式研究了套筒式调节阀的流量特性。首先,基于工况参数设计了套筒窗口。然后,采用计算流体力学软件分析了不同开度下阀内流体流动规律,得到流场中压力和速度分布,计算并绘制流量特性曲线。最后,采用实验的方法测定了阀门流量特性曲线。结果分析表明,模拟值与试验值有较好的吻合,并且流量系数曲线光滑连续,满足设计要求。In order to solve the problem of medium flow ability with wide opening and anti-blocking ability with small opening of nuclear sleeve regulating valve,a sleeve with two large windows and two small windows is designed. The flow characteristics of the sleeve type valve are studied by the combination of simulation and experiment.First,the sleeve window is designed considering the operating condition parameters.Then,the flow law in the valve with different opening is analyzed with computational fluid dynamics software,the pressure and velocity distribution in the flow field are obtained,and the flow characteristic curve is calculated and drawn.Finally,the flow characteristic curve of valve was measured by experimental method.The results show that the simulated value is in good agreement with the experimental value,and the flew coefficient curve is smooth and continuous,which meets the design requirements.
