摘　　要：目的:探讨物质成瘾患者病耻感、感知社会支持和抑郁情绪之间的关系。方法:采用方便取样,选取住院物质成瘾患者166名,采用物质成瘾患者病耻感量表中文版(SUSMS-C),感知社会支持量表(PSSS)和流调用抑郁自评量表(CES-D)进行调查。结果:SUSMS-C分与PSSS分呈负相关(r=-0.408, P<0.001),与CES-D分呈正相关(r=0.254,P<0.001),PSSS分与CES-D间发挥完全中介作用(β=0.158; Bootstrap 95%CI=0.018～0.326; P=0.038),中介效应占总效应的57.45%。结论:感知社会支持在物质成瘾患者病耻感与抑郁情绪之间起到完全中介作用。Objective: To explore the relationship between the stigma,perceived social support and depression in substance abuse. Methods: A convenient sample of 166 inpatients with substance abuse were surveyed with the Chinese version of Substance Use Stigma Mechanisms Scale(SUSMS-C), Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS) and Center for Epidemiological Survey Depression Scale(CES-D). Results: The score of SUSMS-C was negatively correlated with the score of PSSS(r=-0.408, P<0.001),and positively correlated with the score of CES-D(r=0.254, P<0.001), the score of PSSS was negatively correlated,with the score of CES-D(r=-0.313, P<0.001);Path analysis showed that perceived social support played a complete mediating role between stigma and depression(β=0.158;Bootstrap 95% CI=0.018~0.326;P=0.038), and the mediating effect accounted for 57.45% of the total effect. Conclusion: Perceived social support plays a complete mediating role between stigma and depression in substance abuse.
