摘　　要：目的编制血液恶性肿瘤患者特异性需求量表,并检验其信效度。方法通过文献研究、质性访谈和小组会议形成量表初版,经专家咨询、预测试形成量表施测版。对420名血液恶性肿瘤患者进行调查,有效回收问卷412份。经项目分析筛选条目,并检验量表的内部一致信度、折半信度、聚合及区分效度。结果量表包含51个条目,Cronbanch'sα系数为0.966,Guttman Split-Half系数为0.793,条目内容效度指数为0.86～1.00,量表平均内容效度指数为0.973;聚合效度分析显示,量表总分与癌症患者护理专业性社会支持需求量表、中文版生存质量核心量表和医院焦虑抑郁量表得分存在相关(P<0.05);区分效度分析显示,不同患病年龄,距确诊不同时间患者的需求得分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论量表具有良好的信效度,可用于对血液恶性肿瘤患者特异性需求的评估。Objective To develop of the hematological malignancies cancer-specific supportive care needs scale and to evaluate the reliability and validity. Methods The primary item pool was designed based on literature review, in-depth interview and group meeting. Then the scale for measuring version was completed by experts’ consultation the pilot survey.420 patients were selected for investigation and 412 valid questionnaires were collected. Items were selected by using item analysis. Reliability was tested using internal consistency reliability and split-half reliability. Validity analysis was examined by expert content validity, converge and discrimination validity. Results The final scale contained 51 items and the Cronbanch’s α coefficient was 0.966, the split-half reliability of scale was 0.793. The item-level content validity index(ICVI) was 0. 86-1.00. The Sale-CVI/average(S-CVI/Ave) was 0.973. Convergent validity analysis showed that the score of total scale was correlated with the Nursing Professional Social Support Needs Scale, Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale and the European organization for research and treatment of cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30 with statistical significance(P<0.05). Discrimination validity analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in scores of patients with different characteristics of time from diagnosis and age groups(P <0.01). Conclusion The Scale has a good psychometric property and can be used to assess the supportive care needs among patients with hematological cancers.
