摘　　要：目的掌握郑州市2014-2016年居民心脑血管疾病的流行状况,为防治心脑血管疾病提供科学依据。方法利用"河南省慢性病监测管理系统"报告的郑州市居民心脑血管发病数据和"中国疾病预防控制信息系统"收集的死亡数据,分析2014-2016年郑州市居民心脑血管疾病的发病和死亡情况。结果 2014-2016年间,郑州市户籍居民心脑血管病新发病例合计162 203例,死亡38 082例,发病率和死亡率分别为749.06/10万、175.86/10万。男性心脑血管病发病率为842.49/10万,死亡率为205.34/10万;女性心脑血管病发病率为654.45/10万,死亡率为152.09/10万。随年龄增长,男女性心脑血管病发病率和死亡率呈上升趋势,60岁以后明显上升,80岁～老年人发病率、死亡率达3 334.56/10万和1 819.78/10万。结论心脑血管病严重危害郑州市居民的身体健康和生命质量,应重视监测管理、强化对老年人群和高危人群的健康教育、加强针对性干预和防治措施,减少其发病和死亡。Objective To understand the epidemic status of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases among residents of Zhengzhou in 2014-2016, and to provide the basis for formulating prevention strategy. Methods Henan Province Chronic Disease Surveillance System and Death Causes Surveillance System were used to collect data of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases monitoring cases in Zhengzhou, from 2014 to 2016. Results In Zhengzhou city, there were 162203 cases suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases from 2014 to 2016, the incidence rate was 749.06/100000;in the same time, there were 38082 cases died of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, the mortality was 175.86/100000, the incidence rate of female and male were 654.45/100000 and 842.49/100000, respectively;the mortalities of female and male respectively were 152.09/100000 and 205.34/100000. The morbidity and mortality were obviously increased with the increase of age. The morbidity and mortality in elderly people over 80 years old were 3334.56/100000 and 1819.78/100000, respectively. Conclusion Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were really harmful for residents in Zhengzhou city, so it is important to pay attention to the prevention and control measures, especially of monitoring and educating the elderly people.
