摘 要:在开放和互联通信模式的基础上,为检测智能断路器的性能指标及运行的可靠性,基于IEC 61850标准,采用面向对象技术,对智能断路器的物理结构和功能(服务)进行抽象。建立了智能断路器运行状态的内部逻辑节点,实现现场参量的测量数据信息、状态数据的监测数据信息和操作控制数据信息的可靠传输。结合IEC 62271标准,针对智能断路器状态参数的特征扩充了IEC 61850标准的信息库,构建了适用于断路器的IED服务器模型,基于发布者/订阅者模式的GOOSE报文传输机制进行数据包传输。IED模型提供了开关触头温升检测、真空开关运动状态检测及一次回路参数检测。在此基础上完成了IEC 61850在智能断路器通信中的实现,通过合闸试验证明了智能断路器状态监测的可靠性。In order to improve the performance of intelligent circuit breaker and its reliability,we utilized the objectoriented technology for smart vacuum circuit breaker physical structure and function(service)based on IEC 61850 standard.The operational status of internal logical node of intelligent breaker was established to integrate the measuring information flow of field parameters,the monitoring information flow of status data and the operating and controlling information flow.According to the characteristic of intelligent breaker status parameters,the IEC 61850 standard repository can be extended based on IEC 62271 standards,and the IED server model was built suitable for intelligent breaker.The model includes the temperature testing of the switch contacts,the detection of vacuum switch motion and the primary circuit parameters testing.Finally,we accomplished the IEC 61850 implemented in the intelligent breaker communication.It is showed that the feasibility of intelligent vacuum breaker status monitoring through the closing test.
