摘 要:为了适应智能电网的发展,必须对电网智能调度各个环节进行实时监控和故障智能告警的综合处理。当前告警子系统,存在数据源单一、告警误报率较高、告警延时时间较长等问题,无法满足电网调控运行需求,需要对现阶段电网监控业务的各个环节进行全方位的分析,提升电网智能调度控制系统的感知能力和故障处理效率,以达到电网安全、稳定的运行状态。针对这种情况,设计并提出一种基于大电网的智能调度控制系统智能告警子系统。介绍了智能调度控制系统的总体架构、关键技术,实现了系统智能告警、故障在线诊断和信息实时共享。实验结果表明,所设计的告警系统,告警误报率低,告警延时时间较短。In order to adapt to the development of smart grid,it is necessary to comprehensively process real-time monitoring and fault intelligent alarms in all aspects of grid intelligent dispatching. The original alarm system of the power grid dispatching system has problems such as single data source,high alarm false alarm rate,and long alarm delay time. It can not meet the requirements of power grid regulation and operation,and needs to carry out all aspects of the current power grid monitoring service. It needs to improve the sensing ability and fault handling efficiency of the grid intelligent dispatching control system to achieve safe and stable operating state of the grid. In response to this situation,an intelligent alarming method based on the intelligent control system of the large grid is designed. The overall architecture and key technologies of the intelligent dispatch control system are introduced,and the intelligent alarm,fault online diagnosis and real-time information sharing of the grid intelligent dispatch mode are realized. The experimental results show that the intelligent alarm system based on the large grid-based intelligent dispatch control system has low alarm false alarm rate and short alarm delay time.
