摘 要:为提高汽车电控式自动变速调节性能,进行自动变速系统硬件优化设计,提出基于C51单片机的汽车电控式自动变速系统设计方案,系统总体结构包括传感器模块、速度自动控制模块、单片机集成信息处理模块、复位模块、阻抗匹配模块和输出控制模块等,以单片机作为核心控制芯片进行汽车电控式自动变速系统的往复式控制,采用VIX总线处理技术进行汽车电控式自动变速信号处理,构建自动控制系统的上位机控制模块,进行远程自动控制和后台嵌入式设计,以C51单片机作为计算机处理中心单元,利用DSP处理汽车电控式自动变速信号,在嵌入式微处理器环境下进行汽车电控式自动变速系统的硬件模块化开发。系统测试结果表明,采用该系统进行汽车电控式自动变速的自动控制性能较好,变速调节的稳定性较高,自适应能力较强。In order to improve the performance of automotive automatic speed change,the hardware optimization design of automatic speed change system is carried out,and the design scheme of automatic speed change system based on C51 single chip microcomputer is proposed. The overall structure of the system includes sensor module,speed automatic control module,single chip microcomputer integrated information processing module,reset module,impedance matching module and output control module,etc. The VIX bus processing technology is used to process the automatic speed change signal of the automobile. The upper computer control module of the automatic control system is constructed,and the remote automatic control is carried out and the background embedded design,using C51 single chip microcomputer as the central unit of computer processing,using DSP to process the auto electronic control automatic speed change signal,and developing the hardware modularization of the auto electronic control automatic speed change system under the embedded microprocessor environment. The system test results show that the automatic control performance of the system is better,the stability of the speed change regulation is higher and the adaptive ability is stronger.
