标准节流装置在蒸汽计量上的应用分析

摘　　要：由标准节流装置组成的差压式流量计在蒸汽计量上广泛使用,根据标准节流装置测量流体流量一般原理,分析了蒸汽密度对蒸汽计量的影响,比较了蒸汽密度求取的两种方法,提出了一种宽量程比蒸汽计量的方案,并阐述了喷嘴在蒸汽计量上的应用优势。Differential pressure flowmeters consisting of standard throttling devices is widely used in steam metering. Base on the general principle of measuring fluid flow by throttling device,the influence of steam density on steam metering is analyzed. Comparing the two methods of obtaining steam density,a wide-range ratio steam metering scheme is proposed,and the application advantages of nozzles in steam metering is describe.
