摘  要:目的应用高效液相色谱建立防晒霜中双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪的含量测定方法。方法采用Alltima C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),5%四氢呋喃乙腈溶液为流动相,流速为2.5mL·min^(-1),检测波长为340 nm。结果制剂辅料不干扰双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪的测定,双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪在10.1~201.4μg·m^L^(-1)与峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9997。精密度和稳定性考察RSD均小于2%,重复性与回收试验RSD均小于3%。结论该方法简便,准确,灵敏度高,专属性强,可用于测定防晒霜中双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪的含量。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method to determine bisethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine in sun lotion. Methods An Alltima C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used for the separation with mobile phase of 5% tetrahydrofuran acetonitrile solution at a flow rate of 2.5 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 340 nm. Results The excipients did not interfere with the analysis of bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine. The linearity of bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine was 10.1-201.4 μg·m L^-1 with the correlation coefficient 0.9997. The precision and stability were satisfactory with RSDs below 2%. RSDs of repetitive tests and the spiked recoveries were below 3%. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate with high sensitivity and specificity, and suitable for the determination of bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine in sun lotion.
