高压氧治疗预防急性高原反应临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高压氧(hyperbaric oxygen,HBO)治疗预防急性高原反应(acute mountain sickness,AMS)的临床疗效。方法选择从平原乘飞机急进高原(海拔4300 m)的84名官兵,随机分成两组,高压氧治疗组和对照组各42人,观察对比两组受试者到高原后第4天急性高原反应评分、血乳酸(blood lactic acid,BLA)、血氧饱和度(blood oxygen saturation,SpO2)情况。结果高压氧治疗组和对照组比较,急性高原反应评分和血乳酸均显著降低,差异有统计意义(P<0.01);高压氧治疗组血氧饱和度虽较对照组增高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高压氧治疗对预防急性高原反应有明显疗效。Objective The aim of this study was to explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in preventing acute mountain sickness (AMS).Method 84 healthy officers and men,acute exposed to plateau (4300m)by plane,were selected in this study.The subjects were divided into two groups (hyperbaric oxygen therapy group and control group) randomly,each group contained 42 subjects.4 days later,the acute altitude sickness score,blood lactic acid (BLA)and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2)of each group were recorded and compared with each other.Results The acute altitude sickness score and BLA of hyperbaric oxygen therapy group were significantly lower than the control group,The results were statistically difference (P <0.01);The oxygen saturation(SpO2)in hyperbaric oxygen therapy group was higher than that in the control group,however,there was no statistically difference.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is an effective way in preventing AMS.
