摘　　要：卓越工程师教育培养计划是一项适应国家教育发展纲要的精品工程,是面向新世纪、迎接新挑战、创新育人模式的一种尝试,也是教育部实施国家人才发展战略的重要举措。本文从构建卓越工程师教育体系、培养路径、保障措施、人才管理等方面提出了信息分享的建议,并对卓越计划人才信息资源的管理方面提出了相关对策。卓越工程师培养计划是一个中长期人才培养规划,重在精品,志在卓越,理应受到高度重视。培养计划要缜密,培养过程要严谨,师资力量要匹配,保障措施要到位,信息管理要规范。The excellent engineer education and training plan is a fine project that adapts to the national education development outline. It is an attempt to face the new century, meet the new challenges and innovate the mode of educating people. It is also an important measure taken by the Ministry of Education to implement the strategy of national talent development. This article focuses on building an excellent engineer education system, training path, safeguard measures, personnel management and other aspects of indepth thinking, put forward some pertinent suggestions. And the relevant counter measures is put forward according to the excellent engineer plan as a whole. Excellent engineer training plan is a long-term talent training plan. It is that focus on quality and intended excellence. And also should be highly valued. Training plan should be meticulous, the training process should be rigorous, teachers should be matched, management system should be standardized,safeguards should be in place,and information management should be standardized.
