摘　　要：网络逐渐成为大学生进行信息分享、感情沟通、情感交流和诉求表达的重要渠道,高校必须正确认识以圈内转发、邮件投拆、论坛曝光为主要形式,以维权、侵权、参政、扰政为主要目的的大学生网络诉求特点,树立以生为本的工作理念,强化专兼职思政队伍建设,不断完善高校规章制度体系,深入做好新形势下大学生网络思想政治教育。The network has gradually become an important channel for college students to information sharing, emotional communication and appeal expression. Colleges and universities must correctly understand the characteristics of college students’ internet appeal with the main forms of intra-circle forwarding,mail demolition, forum exposure, and the main purpose of rights protection, infringement, political participation, political interference. They should establish a work concept with student-oriented and strengthen the ideological and political team of full-time and part-time in order to constantly improve the rules and regulations system of colleges and universities, and do a good job of Ideological and Political Education under the new situation.
