摘　　要：化工工业浓硫酸冷却器多采用管壳式或可拆垫片式热交换器,传热元件多采用耐腐蚀的贵金属C-276哈氏合金材质,C-276管壳式换热器设备笨重、占地空间大、耗贵重金属量大,设备制造成本高;可拆垫片式C-276板式换热器,因采用密封胶垫,设备耐压、耐温受限,密封胶垫易腐蚀泄漏,设备安全可靠性较差。为降低浓硫酸冷却器的制造成本和提高设备运行可靠性,开发了C-276哈氏合金焊接板式浓硫酸冷却器,设备已在烷基化废硫酸再生装置得到成功应用。In chemical industry,tubular heat exchanger and plug-in gasket heat exchanger are often used for treatment of concentrated sulfuric acid,and C-276 hastelloy is used as the material of heat exchanging component.But tubular heat exchanger is cumbersome and to use it needs to occupy large size of field and consume large amount of noble metals.In use of plug-in gasket heat exchanger, since rubber sealing gasket is applied,equipment capacities in pressure and temperature are lowed.Moreover,the rubber sealing gasket is easy to be corroded,which may result in leakage and cause poor reliability.To reduce the cost in manufacture and enhance the reliability,C-276 hastelloy welded plate cooler for treatment of concentrated sulfuric acid was developed.This equipment has been successfully applied in waste alkylation sulfuric acid recovery unit,which proved the exchanger can be popularized in industries.
