摘　　要：在管壳式换热器设计阶段,以"基于风险的思维"为主导思想,兼顾安全性和经济性的统一,重点分析了设备法兰选用和设计问题、环境因素、运输损伤、波纹管换热器等4个方面,可能被忽略的诸多因素。对加深理解相关标准法规的内涵,保障设备安全,降本增效有积极作用。也充分体现了以"预防为主"的设计理念。With the basis of risks taken into account in design stage,in this article,the combination of safety and economy was stated.The issues which may be neglected in four aspects,such as design,environment,transportation and use of bellow tube,were emphatically analyzed.What discussed in this article are helpful in understanding of relevant codes and standards,protection of equipment safety and cost reduction and profit increasing,which reflects the design idea of priority with prevention.
