摘　　要：螺杆压缩机以其独特性及可靠性在VOC废气治理过程中不可或缺,然而也正因其结构和独特的性能,对配套的控制系统提出了较高的控制要求及安全等级。MPS系统通过检测仪表对压缩机气液系统及润滑油系统的各项关键物理参数进行实时采集和监控,并依据控制逻辑指挥现场执行机构动作实现自动控制,保证了压缩机的安全可靠运转,在VOC治理应用的可靠性方面提供了理论依据。Use of screw compressor in VOC waste gas treatment is irreplaceable for its uniqueness and reliability. However with its uniqueness, higher requirements and safety grade are needed for the control system to support it. In use of MPS system, through monitoring instruments, key physics parameters resulted from gas-liquid system and lubricating oil system in the compressor are online collected, supervised and controlled. Then based on control logic, the executive mechanical device is activated to realize automatic control. In this way, reliable performance of the compressor can be guaranteed. What presented here in provided theoretical basis for VOC treatment.
