青海玉树《格萨尔》说唱艺人生存状况调查

摘　　要：说唱艺人是《格萨尔》世界非物质文化遗产传承和保护的主体,其中的神授艺人最具代表性。对神授艺人的研究不宜过度关注其神秘性,应该从非遗保护的角度认识到他们的存在价值,关照他们的生存状况,解决他们的经济困难,发挥他们的潜能。建议以国家级生态保护试验区建设为依托,加强玉树州格萨尔文化的语境建设;发挥政府职能,制定相关政策法规,增强对格萨尔说唱艺人的保护力度;统筹社会力量,增加演出机会,加大对说唱艺人的资助和扶持。BaoSgrungs(Bards inspired through dreams and spirits) are the most representative types ofbards who are the main subject of intangible cultural heritage protection of Gesar. Studies on BaoSgrungs shouldnot focus on their mysteries. Instead, from the perspective of protection of the intangible cultural heritages, theirexistence should be valued, their living conditions should be taken care of, their economic difficulties should besolved, and their potentials should be developed to the fullest. The paper suggests that the construction of naturaland humanistic environment of Yushu Prefecture should be strengthened based on the construction of nationalecological protection test zones. Meanwhile, the government should launch policies and edicts to enhance theprotection of the BaoSgrungs. Besides, with the coordination of social forces and much more support, the num-bers of performances and economic sources of BaoSgrungs should be increased.
