摘  要:文章设计了一维向列相液晶缺陷阶梯型Thue-Morse序列第四代光子晶体结构,利用传输矩阵法数值计算该结构的透射谱,并与传统型Thue-Morse序列第四代光子晶体结构的透射谱相比较,最后探究缺陷模及光场分布分别与夹角?的变化关系。结果表明:一维向列相液晶缺陷阶梯型Thue-Morse序列第四代光子晶体结构的透射谱存在光子禁带。当夹角?逐渐变大时,缺陷模波长的空间位置发生蓝移,在夹角?(0?-90?)变化时,缺陷模波长的可控变量为104 nm。在该结构的空间位置z=1720 nm处,光场分布出现局域化;并且随夹角?的变大,光场强度是一个先增大后减小的变化过程。A novel one-dimensional ladder type Thue-Morse sequence fourth-generation photonic crystal structure with nematic liquid crystal defect is designed,of which the transmission spectrum is numerical calculated by using the transmission matrix method,and compared with the transmission spectrum of traditional Thue-Morse sequence fourth-generation photonic crystal structure.The relationship between the angle θ and defect mode and light field distribution are investigated.The results show that there is a photonic band gap into the transmission spectrum of one-dimensional ladder type Thue-Morse sequence fourth-generation photonic crystal structure with nematic liquid crystal defects.The spatial position of defect mode wavelengths is blue-shift when the angle θ increases,and the change amount of defect modes wavelengths are 104 nm in the change of angle θ(0°~90°).The light field distribution is localized at the spatial position z=1720 nm of this structure and the intensity of light field is a process in which the increases followed by the decreases along with the angle θ turning larger.
