摘　　要：介绍了我国聚氨酯板材子行业在聚氨酯泡沫行业第一阶段淘汰目标完成和第二阶段HCFCs(含氢氯氟烃)替代工作已启动的情况下,HCFC—141b(一氟二氯乙烷)替代技术的应用情况及与替代技术相配套的泡沫稳定剂和催化剂的应用现状,阐述了泡沫稳定剂和催化剂开发重点。The application situation of the HCFC-141 b(monofluorodichloroethane) alternative techniques and the application status of the foam stabilizers and catalysts matching with such alternative techniques in China polyurethane panel sub-industry when the first stage elimination goal of the polyurethane foam industry has been achieved, the second stage of HCFCs(hydrochlorofluorocarbons) alternative work has been started are introduced. The development focus of the foam stabilizers and catalysts is described.
