摘　　要：综述了近年来新出现的合成三氢化铝的苄氯法和季铵盐法,介绍了这两种方法各自的工艺过程和优势,并展望了其未来发展趋势。The emerging benzyl chloride method and quaternary ammonium salt method in recent years for synthesizing aluminum hydride are reviewed. The respective processes and advantages of two methods are introduced, and their future development trends are prospected.
