摘  要:用不同结构的软段和硬段制备了一系列邵A硬度为95±1的浇注型聚氨酯弹性体(CPU),研究了CPU的力学性能、耐磨性以及摩擦系数。结果表明:PCL1000(聚己内酯二元醇)—MDI(二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯)—HQEE(对苯二酚二羟乙基醚)具有最佳的综合性能和性价比;润滑助剂二甲基硅油和二硫化钼一起使用时具有协同效应,能进一步降低CPU的DIN磨耗和摩擦系数。A series of casting polyurethane elastomers(CPU) with Shore A hardness 95±1 were prepared by using different structural soft segments and rigid segments. The mechanical performance,abrasion resistance and friction coefficient of the CPU were investigated. The results show that the PCL1000(polycaprolactone diol)-MDI(diphenylmethane diisocyanate)-HQEE(hydroquinone bis(2-hydroxyethyl)ether) possesses the optimal comprehensive performance and the cost performance. When the lubricating auxiliaries of dimethyl siloxane and molybdenum disulfide were used together, they possess the synergistic effect, the DIN wear and the friction coefficient of the CPU can be further reduced.
