摘 要:以椰炭纤维和棉纤维为试验材料,采用双罗纹针织工艺制备出5组椰炭/棉纤维混纺针织物试样。详细阐述了椰炭/棉纤维混纺针织物的织造方法及工艺参数,并对5组不同混纺比椰炭纤维混纺针织物的顶破强力、耐磨性、弯曲性、透气性、保暖性及透湿性能进行了测试,深入分析了影响椰炭纤维混纺针织物服用性能的主要因素。通过对试验研究数据的比较与分析,得出椰炭纤维的含量及纱线自身的结构、形态等因素与织物性能密切相关,试验结论为椰炭/棉纤维混纺针织物的开发及应用提供了理论参考依据。The coir fiber and cotton fiber are taken as the testing materials, and five sets of samples of coir/cotton blended knitted fabric are prepared by adopting interlock knitting process. The coconut carbon/cotton blended knitted fabric weaving method and technological parameters are elaborated in detail, and the bursting strength, abrasion resistance, bending resistance, permeability, warmth retention property and moisture permeability of five groups of different mixing ratio coir fiber blended knitted fabric are tested. The main factors of the wearing performance for coconut carbon fiber blended knitted fabric are analyzed deeply. Through the comparison and analysis of the experimental data, it is concluded that the content of the coir fiber and the structure and shape of the yarn are closely related to the fabric performance. The experimental conclusion provides theoretical reference for the development and application of the coir fiber/cotton blended knitted fabric.
