咖啡纱在功能性针织运动面料上的生产实践

摘　　要：咖啡纱纤维是一种新型环保的功能性纤维原料,其具有优良的抗菌、吸湿、导湿、透气、排汗等性能。测试了咖啡纱的物理指标,结果表明:咖啡纱断裂伸长率高,耐酸不耐碱,回潮率优于普通涤纶,强力符合针织用纱的要求。介绍了一款咖啡纱针织运动面料的生产工艺流程,阐述了各工序的工艺参数和工艺重点。对获得的面料进行了性能测试,测试结果验证了咖啡纱面料具有一定的抑菌性和导湿透气性,符合运动面料的服用性能要求。Coffee yarn is a new type of environment-friendly functional textile material, which has good performance in antibacterial,moisture absorption, moisture conduction, air permeability and sweat volatility. Tests of some physical indexes of coffee yarn show that the breaking elongation of the coffee yarn is high, the acid and alkali resistance is resistant to alkali, the moisture regain is better than the ordinary polyester, and the strength could meet the requirements of the knitting yarn. The production process of a coffee yarn sports fabric is introduced, and the process parameters and key points of each process are expounded. The performance testing on the fabric is carried on,and the test results verify that the coffee yarn fabric has certain antibacterial and moisture permeability, which can meet the performance requirements of sports fabrics.
