摘 要:基于仿生学原理,根据植物的"分支结构",利用双面集圈组织使纱线在织物正反面形成一点多个分支的树形结构,设计了5种正反面线圈数比例不同的针织物,分别测试了其芯吸、快干、透湿性能,分析了仿生树形结构针织面料吸湿快干性能的影响因素。试验结果表明:仿生树形结构针织面料的吸湿快干性能优于普通结构面料;织物正反面线圈数比例增大,其芯吸能力有所提高;织物的厚度、芯吸能力、网眼数量、网眼大小与均匀分布度会影响织物的快干性和透湿性。Based on the principle of bionics and the branch structure of plants,and the bionic structures making yarn path simulating branch connection on the surface of the double tuck stitch, five kinds of structures with different loops number proportion of front and back sides of fabric are developed. The properties of wicking, fast drying and moisture permeability are tested respectively. The influencing factors on property of moisture absorbent and fast drying are analyzed. The experimental results show that the tree-like structure in knitted fabric is conducive to improving the property of moisture absorbent and fast drying. As the ratio of the loops number of front and backsides increased,the wicking properties of the fabric improves. The thickness, wickability, mesh number, mesh size and mesh distribution have significant influence on the quick drying and moisture permeability.
