摘  要:产业互联、智能化已成为服装生产制造业发展的必然趋势。为了更好地平衡车间生产工序,实现生产效率的有效提升,以西服袋盖、大衣夹克类斜插袋单袋牙及衬衣贴袋3类主要口袋缝制技术难点为例,阐述智能化口袋模板的设计制作,解决了产品工序复杂、效率低、品质低、员工技术水平参差不齐、用工难等诸多问题。同时,通过智能化口袋缝制模板的开发和运用,使产品的合格率达到98%以上,返工率小于2%,以助力服装制造由自动化向智能化转型升级。Industrial interconnection and intelligence have become an inevitable trend in garment manufacturing. In order to better balance the production process of the workshop and achieve effective improvement of production efficiency, three major categories of pocket sewing techniques, such as suit bag cover, coat jacket type oblique pocket bag and shirt patch bag, are taken as the examples to illustrate the intelligentization. The design of the pocket template can solve many management problems such as complicated process, low efficiency, low quality, uneven technical level of employees, difficulty in employment, etc. At the same time, through the development and application of intelligent pocket sewing template, the rate of the qualified product is over 98%, and the rework rate is below 2%, which can help the garment manufacturing from the automation to the intelligent transformation and upgrading.
