摘 要:采用非离子表面活性剂Tween20、纤维素酶和果胶酶复配对汉麻粗纱进行低温酶煮练。采用正交试验的方法,探讨复合酶对汉麻粗纱前处理的较佳工艺条件,结果为:处理时间85 min,处理温度60℃,缓冲液pH 5.5,非离子表面活性剂Tween20质量分数0.6%,果胶酶和半纤维素酶质量分数分别为0.8%、6%。扫描电镜(SEM)分析结果显示,在较佳工艺条件下,采用生物酶煮练氧漂后的汉麻粗纱表面较为光滑,胶质和木质素、蜡质等杂质被有效去除,且汉麻粗纱纤维的损伤较小,增强了汉麻粗纱的可纺性。The non-ionic surfactant Tween20, cellulase and pectinase are used to complex the cannabis roving for low temperature enzyme scouring. By using orthogonal test method, the optimum conditions for the pretreatment of hemp roving by composite enzyme are determined as follows: reaction at 60℃ for 85 min with buffer pH value of 5.5, nonionic surfactant Tween20 of 0.6% and amount of pectinase and hemicellulase of 0.8% and 6% respectively. The results from scanning electron microscopy(SEM) show that under the optimum process conditions, the surface of the hemp roving after the biological enzyme scouring and oxygen bleaching is smooth, the impurities such as colloidal and lignin, wax and so on are effectively removed, and the damage of the hemp roving fiber is small, which can enhance the spinnability of the hemp roving.
