摘 要:采用非织造-模压工艺,以苎麻纤维针刺非织造物为增强材料,不饱和聚酯树脂(UP)为基体材料,制备复合材料板材。研究了针刺工艺中不同针刺遍数(针刺1、2、3、4次)对苎麻非织造物厚度、面密度及拉伸强度性能的影响,及其对苎麻非织造物增强UP复合材料弯曲性能的影响。结果表明:随着针刺遍数的增加,苎麻非织造织物的厚度和面密度逐渐降低。当针刺遍数为2次时,苎麻非织造织物增强UP复合材料弯曲性能最优。苎麻非织造织物断裂强度与苎麻非织造织物增强UP复合材料弯曲的横向拟合关系式为y=-24 889.47+104.84x-1.08x^2,R^2=0.94。纵向拟合y=-501.95+36.03x-0.54x^2,R^2=0.80,模型拟合效果好。The nonwoven molding process is used to prepare composite with ramie needle punched nonwoven fabric as the reinforcing material and unsaturated polyester resin( UP) as the base material. Effect of different needing times( needing 1,2,3 and 4) on the thickness, weight and tensile strength of ramie nonwoven fabric and the flexural properties of the composites are studied. The results show that the flexural properties of ramie nonwoven fabric reinforced UP composites attain a peak while the needing times is 2. The transverse tensile fitting relationship between the breaking strength of ramie nonwoven fabric and the blending strength of ramie nonwoven fabric reinforced UP composite isy=-24 889.47+104.84 x-1.08 x^2,R^2= 0.94.The longitudinal tensile fitting relationship isy=-501.95+36.03 x-0.54 x^2,R^2=0.80.The model fitting effect is well.
