摘　　要：以聚丙烯(PP)和丁基橡胶(IIR)为基体材料,溴化酚醛树脂为硫化剂,采用转矩流变仪制备了动态硫化PP/IIR热塑性弹性体,研究了硫化剂、萜烯树脂、石油树脂和滑石粉用量对PP/IIR动态硫化热塑性弹性体力学性能和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着硫化剂用量的增加,PP/IIR动态硫化热塑性弹性体的阻尼因子最大值(tanδmax)和有效阻尼温域(tanδ>0.3)略有提高;萜烯树脂和石油树脂可以明显提高PP/IIR动态硫化热塑性弹性体的阻尼性能,使得有效阻尼温域(tanδ>0.3)明显向高温方向移动,提高了PP/IIR动态硫化热塑性弹性体的tanδmax;随着滑石粉用量的增加,PP/IIR动态硫化热塑性弹性体的tanδmax和有效阻尼温域都略有提高,tanδ峰值温度变化不大。The butyl-rubber/polypropylene(PP/IIR) dynamically vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer(TPV) was prepared by torque rheometer using IIR and PP as the matrix material, brominated phenolic resin as curing agent. The effect of curing agent, terpene resin, petroleum resin and Talcum powder on mechanical and dynamic mechanical properties of PP/IIR TPV were investigated. The results show that: with the increase of the amount of curing agent, the maximum value of the damping factor(tanδmax) and the effective damping temperature range(tanδ>0.3) of the PP/IIR TPV slightly increased. Terpene resin and petroleum resin can significantly improve the damping properties of PP/IIR TPV, making the effective damping temperature range move obviously towards high temperature, and increasing the maximum value of the damping factor of PP/IIR TPV. With the increase of the amount of talcum powder, the maximum value of the damping factor and the effective damping temperature range of PP/IIR TPV slightly increased, but the peak temperature of the damping factor of PP/IIR TPV did not change significantly.
