摘 要:以聚丙烯酸(AA)为改性单体、过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,采用超声辅助和表面改性的方法制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)亲水膜,通过改变AA浓度、BPO用量、预反应及反应时间,得到不同性能的PVDF亲水膜,并对亲水膜进行了表面形貌表征、红外表征以及纯水通量测试。结果表明:随着AA浓度、BPO用量的增加以及预反应及反应时间的延长,亲水膜的水通量均呈先提高后降低的趋势;得到的最佳制备条件为AA浓度50%、BPO用量0.8 g、预反应时间3 h、反应时间1 h,此时膜的亲水性最好,纯水通量达到66.3 L/(m^2·h)。A series of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) membranes was prepared with polyacrylic acid(AA) as monomer and benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as initiator with ultrasound-assisted method by the hydrophilic modification with different content of AA and BPO and different reaction time and original reaction time. The hydrophilic PVDF membranes was characterized the surface properties by SEM and the pure water flux by FTIR. The results show that with the increase of AA concentration, BPO dosage, prereaction and reaction time, the water flux of hydrophilic membranes increases first and then decreases. The optimum preparation conditions are AA concentration 50%, BPO dosage 0.8 g, prereaction time 3 h and reaction time 1 h. At this time, the hydrophilicity of the membrane is the best, and the pure water flux reaches 66.3 L/(m^2·h).
