摘　　要：目的应用ROC曲线计算PT、aPTT、TT、Fbg、D-D、APC、APS、AT辅助诊断妊娠高血压综合征的阳性判断值,评估其辅助诊断效能。方法以71例妊娠高血压综合征患者为研究对象,抗凝治疗前采集其静脉血检测相关指标,运用ROC曲线分析各指标的辅助诊断效能。结果妊娠高血压组的PT、aPTT、Fbg、D-D、APC、APS、AT与正常妊娠组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),TT差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 PT、aPTT、D-D、APS可用于辅助诊断妊娠高血压综合征且辅助诊断效能较高。Objective To investigate the diagnostic values of cmor marker(PT,aPTT,TT,Fbg,D-D,AT,APC,APS )for pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH)by using receiver operating characteristic (ROC ) curve.Methods The subjects of in vivo study were 71patients with PIH.Detecting their eruor marker before antieoagulation therapy and evaluating the diagnostic value of cruor marker in PIH by using ROC curve.Results aPTT,Fbg,D-D,AT,APC,APS which come from PIH are higher than controI group (P < 0.05),TT is indifferent(P >0.05 ).Conclusion PT,aPTT,D-DAPS are helpful to the diagnosis of PIH。
