下肢深静脉血栓形成患者血浆C-反应蛋白、D二聚体及白介素-6联合检测的临床价值

摘　　要：目的为探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)患者血浆C-反应蛋白(CRP)、D二聚体(D-D)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)联合检测的临床价值。方法采用胶乳增强免疫比浊法及化学发光分析法对50例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者及100例健康体检者血浆CRP、D-D及IL-6水平分别进行检测并对结果进行比较。结果下肢DVT患者血浆CRP、D-D及IL-6水平明显高于健康对照者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论急性炎性反应因子在下肢DVT中起重要作用,联合检测血浆CRP、D-D及IL-6对下肢DVT的早期诊断、疗效监测、和预后判断有重要的临床价值。Objective To investigate the plasma C-reactive protein (CRP),D-dimer (D-D)and interleukin-6 (IL-6)clinical value in patients with deep venous thrombosis (DVT)of lower limbs combined detection.Methods Using latex enhanced turbidimetric method and chemiluminescence analysis of 50cases with DVT of lower limbs patients and 100cases healthy persons plasma CRP,D-D and IL-6were respectively detected and compared.Results DVT of lower limbs patients with plasma CRP,D-D and IL-61evels were significantly higher than healthy controls,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01 ).Conclusion Acute inflammatory reaction factors plays an important role in the formation of DVT of lower limbs.The plasma CRP,D-D and IL-6joint detection of in early diagnosis,curative effect monitoring a^d prognosis judgment has certain clinical value of DVT of lower limbs.
