摘　　要：第三次全国国土调查工作中,由于技术标准中数学基础平面坐标和土地分类发生了较大的变化。因此,坐标转换和地类代码转换成为第三次全国国土调查中两项必不可少的工作。为实现两项数据转换工作任务,提出利用FME数据转换平台,通过自定义用户坐标系、仿射变换或控制点纠正实现坐标转换,使用DatabaseJoiner转换器完成地类代码的转换。经项目验证,该转换方法简便、快捷、高效、灵活。同时,对其他空间数据转换具有很好的借鉴意义。In the third national land surveying work,as the large changes in the coordinate system and land code,coordinate transformation and land code transformation become two essential tasks in the third national land survey.In order to realize two data conversion tasks,it is proposed to use FME software to realize coordinate transformation through customer coordinate system,affine transformation or control point correction,and use the DatabaseJoiner transformer to complete the conversion of land code.Through the actual project inspection,the conversion method is simple,fast,efficient and flexible,which has great reference significance to transformation in other formats spatial data.
