摘 要:有源电力滤波器(APF)作为一种特殊的变流器,需要分别或者同时输出基波电流和谐波电流。由于其工作状态的特殊性,损耗的计算及散热设计存在一定的难度。此处以并联型T型中点箝位式(TNPC)三电平APF为例,通过分析变流器的各种工作模态及过渡过程,发现很难通过传统的解析算法直接推演出通用的损耗计算解析表达式,而利用数值算法累加计算APF的损耗是一种行之有效的离散化方法。通过分析APF在几种典型工况下的损耗模型,得到了APF损耗特性的计算方法。以一台20kW的APF为研究对象,利用Matlab软件进行了算法实现验证,并将仿真结果与该APF的实际损耗数据进行了对比,验证了该分析和计算方法的正确性,为APF的散热设计提供了有效的技术支撑。As a special converter,the active power filter (APF)needs to output fundamental current and harmonic current separately or simultaneously.Due to the complexity of its working conditions,it is.difficult to complete the calculation of the loss and the heat dissipation design.The paraUel T-type neutral point clamped(TNPC)three-level APF is taken as an example.Through analysis of various operational modalities and transitions of the converter,it is found that it is difficult to directly derive a general loss analysis expression using conventional analytical algorithm.The numerical algorithm accumulatively calculates the APF loss is an effective method of discretization.By analyzing the loss model of the APF in several typical operating conditions,the calculation method of the loss characteristic of the APF is obtained.Taking a 20 kW APF as the research object,the algorithm is verified by Matlab software.The simulation results are compared with the actual loss data of the APF,and the accuracy of the loss analysis and calculation method is verified,which provides effective technical support for APF thermal design.
