摘 要:针对直接功率控制的三电平电压型脉宽调制(PWM)整流器的性能要求,提出一种基于直接功率控制的整流器控制系统和主电路参数的简化设计方法。根据整流器动、静态性能指标提出直流母线电压、进线电感、直流侧电容的约束条件,以满足约束条件为前提设计三电平PWM整流器主电路电感和电容参数。通过仿真比较研究基于滞环比较器和基于功率内环、电压外环的双闭环比例积分(PI)控制器两种直接功率控制策略的动、静态特性。依据仿真结果研制基于功率内环和电压外环双闭环控制策略的三电平PWM整流器实验平台,实验结果表明,该系统具有良好的动、静态特性。Aiming at the performance requirements of direct power control three-level voltage pulse width modulation (PWM)rectifier,a simplifie design method of rectifier control system and main circuit parameters base on direct power control is proposed.According to the dynamic and static performance indexes of the rectifier,the constraints of DC bus voltage,incoming inductance and DC side capacitance are proposed to meet the constraints and the inductance and capacitance parameters of the main circuit of the three-level PWM rectifier are designed.The dynamic and static characteristics of two direct power control strategies base on hysteresis comparator and double closed-loop proportional integral(PI)controller base on power inner loop and voltage outer loop are studied by simulation.Base on the simulation results,a three-level PWM rectifier experimental platform base on the power inner loop and voltage outer loop double closed loop control strategy is developed.The experimental results show that the system has good dynamic and static characteristics.
