摘　　要：针对现阶段居住小区中海绵城市建设的专项设计进行总结与分类。以萍乡恒大御府为案例分析了海绵专项设计中常采用的设计手法以及计算方式,并总结海绵城市建设过程中应注意的事项。This paper summarizes and classifications the special design of the sponge city construction in the residential area at this stage.Taking Hengda Yufu project in Pingxiang as a case,the design methods and calculation methods commonly used in sponge design are analyzed,and the matters needing attention in the actual project of sponge city construction is summarized.
