摘 要:为了解高强度螺栓连接钢-混凝土组合件受剪时的破坏类型、承载力以及影响参数,设计了16个试件进行单调加载试验,研究了芯板内混凝土、螺栓直径、螺栓预拉力、混凝土孔径、混凝土强度、混凝土厚度、芯板厚度、盖板厚度等参数对钢-混凝土组合件受剪承载力、连接部件之间的滑移及变形的影响。试验结果表明:试件主要发生孔壁承压破坏、螺栓剪断和盖板净截面拉裂3种破坏模式;芯板内填充的混凝土使高强度螺栓发生弯曲,可以提高试件的峰值承载力和变形能力;螺栓直径、混凝土强度、混凝土厚度、芯板厚度和盖板厚度的增加可以提高试件的峰值承载力,螺栓预拉力的增加可以提高滑移荷载。In order to understand the failure type,bearing capacity and influencing parameters of steel-concrete composite members with high-strength bolts under shear forces,16 specimens were designed for monotonic loading test. The influences of concrete in core plate,bolt diameter,bolt pre-tension force,concrete aperture,concrete strength,concrete thickness,core plate thickness and cover plate thickness on shear capacity,slip and deformation of steel-concrete composite members were studied. The test results show that the three main failure types of the specimens are hole wall compression failure,bolt shearing failure and cover plate net section tension cracking;the concrete filled in the core plate bends the high-strength bolts,which can improve the peak bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the specimens;The increases of bolt diameter,concrete strength,concrete thickness,core plate thickness and cover plate thickness can increase the peak bearing capacity of specimens,and the increase of bolt pre-tension force can increase the slip load.
