摘  要:研究了热处理温度和保温时间对La_(0. 88)Mg_(0. 12)Ni_(3. 42)Co_(0. 67)储氢合金物相组成、显微形貌和电化学性能的影响。结果表明:相较于铸态储氢合金,950℃×4 h热处理态储氢合金的比容量略有降低,但是200次循环容量衰减率明显低于铸态和其它热处理态储氢合金;不同温度热处理后,储氢合金中LaNi_5相的含量都有所降低,而900℃×4 h热处理后储氢合金中La_2Ni_7相的比例达到最大值; 950℃×4 h热处理态储氢合金具有较高的循环性能,而950℃×8 h热处理态储氢合金具有较高的比容量;随着热处理时间的延长,储氢合金中的LaNi_5相有朝La_2Ni_7相转变的特征。The effects of heat treatment temperature and holding time on the phase composition,microstructure and electrochemical properties of La0. 88Mg0. 12Ni3. 42Co0. 67 hydrogen storage alloy were studied. The results show that compared to the as-cast hydrogen storage alloy,the capacity of hydrogen storage alloy undergone 950 ℃ × 4 h heat treatment decrease slightly,but the attenuation rate of the 200 cycle is obviously lower than that of the as cast and other heat treated hydrogen storage alloys. After heat treatment at different temperatures,the content of LaNi5 phase in hydrogen storage alloys decreases,while the ratio of La2Ni7 phase reaches the maximum value after heat treatment at 900 ℃ × 4 h. The hydrogen storage alloy at 950 ℃ × 4 h heat treatment state has high cyclic performance,while the hydrogen storage alloy has a higher specific capacity at 950 ℃ × 8 h. With the prolongation of heat treatment time,the LaNi5 phase in the hydrogen storage alloy has a tendency toward La2Ni7 phase transition.
