摘 要:对两道次轧制的Ti-6242锻坯板材样品进行双级退火处理,研究了3种轧制应变路线对合金板材力学性能的影响。结果表明,不同应变路线的Ti-6242合金具有相近的晶粒尺寸和维氏硬度,采用单向轧制板材样品的力学性能高于两步交叉轧制和交叉换向轧制样品,抗拉强度和断后伸长率分别可以达到1264 MPa和21%;换向轧制会弱化Ti-6242合金板材的晶粒择优取向,而单向轧制则会强化其()显微织构强度。Double stage annealing treatment of Ti-6242 wrought slab specimens with two pass rolling was conducted. Effect of three kinds of rolling strain paths on the mechanical properties of the alloy plate was studied. The results show that Ti-6242 alloys with different strain paths have similar grain size and close Vickers hardness,but the mechanical properties of specimens with unidirectional rolling are significantly higher than those with two-step cross-rolling and multistep cross rolling. The tensile strength and the elongation after breaking of specimens with unidirectional rolling can reach 1264 MPa and 21%,respectively. The reversing rolling process will weaken the preferred orientation of the grain during the rolling process of Ti-6242 alloy,while the unidirectional rolling will strengthen the (1010) microtexture.
