摘 要:针对我国现阶段温室大棚节水灌溉和智能控制的需求,设计了一套新型的智能灌溉控制系统。首先综合考虑温室环境因子对实时灌溉需求量的影响,采用ZigBee和WiFi双协议融合的无线传感器网络(Wireless Sensor Networks,WSNs)技术,对环境数据实时采集并无线发送控制指令;其次,通过系统辨识的方法,建立灌溉量与土壤湿度的数学模型,并由此为智能灌溉控制系统设计提供关键依据;最后,设计一种将模糊控制器和PID控制器自适应切换的智能控制算法,实现对温室大棚的智能灌溉控制。实验仿真和实际测试结果表明,所提出的双协议融合WSNs弥补了ZigBee无线传感器网络传输速率较低、传输距离较近的不足,稳定可靠;Fuzzy-PID复合控制具有较理想的动态性能和稳态品质,并且该系统已经得到实际应用。A new type of intelligent irrigation control system is designed according to the demand of water saving irrigation and intelligent control of greenhouse in China.Firstly,considering the impact of greenhouse environmental factors on the demand of real-time irrigation,the Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs) of ZigBee and WiFi dual-protocol fusion technology is used for real-time acquisition of environmental data and sending control commands.Secondly,a mathematical model of irrigation amount and soil moisture is established by using the system identification method,which provides key data for the smart irrigation control system;finally,the intelligent control algorithm is designed by adaptive switching fuzzy controller and PID controller to achieve the smart irrigation control for greenhouse.The simulation and actual test results show that the proposed WSNs of dual-protocol fusion make up for the shortcomings that ZigBee wireless sensor networks transmission rate is low and the distance is short,furthermore the performance is stable and reliable;Fuzzy-PID compound control obtains ideal dynamic performance and steady quality,and the system has been applied in practice.
